USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
During the term of this agreement your use of the website/email will generate certain information that will be recorded electronically by us. Information of this type may include, for example, your IP address, your usage statistics, etc. We will also record your contact details, credit information and any related personal details that you supply or that we obtain independently.
You acknowledge that we, our employees, carriers, contractors and agents may use or disclose any of the information identified in the previous paragraph for purposes connected with the supply of the services to you. Examples of purposes connected with supply include, for example:
(a) administration of your account with The Foley Wine Club or on the website/email.
(b) carrying out credit checks.
(c) keeping you up to date with new offers/changes at The Foley Wine Club.
(d) sharing with contractors to enable you to use or facilitate your use of the website/email.
You may at any time make a written request to see any personal information that we hold or to ask us to correct any mistakes in that information.
CONSENT TO RECEIPT OF ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
You agree by registering on the website/email that you expressly consent to your inclusion in our direct marketing database and accept that you may, as a result, receive regular electronic communications and promotional communications from us. You have the right to ask us at any time to stop sending online communications and promotional offers to you. Note that transactional emails that relate to orders or loyalty transactions are exempt from this requirement.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at marketing@foleywines.co.nz
SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

MARSELLO
The Foley Wine Club uses Marsello to run our loyalty programme and to send promotional emails. Marsello is a Data Processor that processes data collected on The Foley Wine Club online store. Your personal data including name, email, phone number, address, IP address, date of birth, and non-personal data including transactional data and account creation date is shared with Marsello for the purpose of managing our rewards programme and sharing communications to you. Marsello is compliant with GDPR regulations. You can view Marsello’s Privacy Policy at marsello.com/privacy. You can request that your data be removed from Marsello at any point by contacting marketing@foleywines.co.nz.
We may also share your information including name, email, phone number, marketing preferences and loyalty points balance, with third-party service providers NowBookIt and Lightspeed in order to facilitate your Foley Wine Club loyalty account and improve our service to you when you visit our venue, The Runholder. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
